PG GCG-42 Scored A + Grade with Top Position in NISR 2022-23

Postgraduate Govt. Collage for Girls, Sedctor-42, Chandigarh Scored A + Grade with Top Position in NISR 2022-23 by living up to its excellence under National Institutions Sustainability Grading (NRISG) State:Chandigarh NRISG Phase1. National Educational Sustainability Ranking Award 2022-23 (phase 1) for Higher Educational institutes announced on 15th April 2023. NISR is initiative of Ministry of Higher Education, Govt. of India through MGNCRE throughout India. It is matter of pride that our institute has received A+ the highest Grade under National Institutions Sustainability Grading (NRISG). Total 1506 Higher education institutes in 162 districts and 21 states were engaged. Assessment was on the bases of 5 parameters that is waste management, Green Cover management, Energy Management, surface water harvesting and rainwater harvesting. The Grade is awarded by MGNCRE, Ministry of higher education, Govt. of India.
